Reason to Change
January 22, 2008Mann Ist Mann (2008)
January 22, 2008Be Simple
January 22, 2008Motion
January 20, 2008Life is walk
A flower, not fear
A river, not solid
A fluid which flies
A resident
Of the town named motion.

We Are Not New
January 20, 2008Insanity is bliss
Rational being is dead
Irrational a higher rational
Reason is not a closed chamber
A bird with a wish to fly
Over the rocks inseparable.
Sick thoughts sick
We need new fever
We need the old in new
We are not new.

Food
January 20, 2008Old configurations seek
New quanta of speech
A deliberate speed
To rise against
The illusions of time
Action comes at need
Action comes at need
To provide the living bread
Jesus
Food is the god of man.

Literature
January 20, 2008Of the street,
By the street,
For the street,
Literature
Spirit to come down
Settle, sedimentary,
Sublime…
Metamorphosed breed
Of language
To purify the ashes
Of Knowledge
Lying dormant.
Be active, awake, bold…
Literature, a spirit
Is not cold.
A warmth of man
A heart of truth
A passion, a rebel
To time.
By Samij Datta, Poet, Writer, Fluxist.

Alula
January 20, 2008Alula is a triangle,
Of graces green
Invisible to the eye
A stone is a stone
Patience is the queen
Of Fractal field
Wild in nature
To be tamed
Before sunrise.
By Samij Datta, Poet, Writer, Fluxist.

Burning
January 17, 2008Today is tuesday
Winter on its wings
Leaving my town
For a long long destiny
I see the fire
I see the fire
Calcutta burning
White lilies
Upon my breast
Invokes the blues
Once sung by me
Will be sung again
In the poor hearts
Rich in divinity.
By Samij Datta, Poet, Writer, Fluxist.
